Return & Refund Policy
When a refund is issued for OTP numbers and eSIM plans, and how long it takes.
On-Time OTP Policy
If an OTP code fails to arrive, or if the user cancels the transaction before the code is generated or delivered, a full refund will be issued immediately.
eSIM Policy
Unused and uninstalled eSIMs (with eSIM status as 'new') are eligible for a 100% full refund within 180 days prior to activation.
Partially Used / Activated eSIMs
Once an eSIM is activated and data usage begins, it is generally non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical connection failure subject to upstream provider liability assessment.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 3 to 7 working days.
